Qualification Summary
Applicants must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below:

Customer Service – Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or productions that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations, know about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services.
Oral Communication – Expresses information (for example, ideas, or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); make clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately.
Problem Solving – Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. A qualified candidate’s online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:experiencein mobile device management, including solution implementations and integrations to existing infrastructure. Experienced with mobile hardware, mobile operating systems, mobile applications, and advanced mobile network architectures to support a virtual workforce. The applicant must have experience in the design and guidance ofmobile computing architectures; analyzing and evaluating capability requirements and equipment; identifying capability requirements to acquire services and equipment; and providing mobile computing and technological input into the configuration· management, IT architecture, infrastructure design, and systems integration.
Your application and resume should demonstrate that you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs). Do not provide a separate narrative written statement. Rather, you must describe in your application how your past work experience demonstrates that you possess the KSAs identified below. Cite specific examples of employment or experience contained in your resume and describe how this experience has prepared you to successfully perform the duties of this position. Knowledge of smart technology and advanced mobile network architectures to plan, design and apply innovative communications concepts, principles and best practices, procedures and operational requirements to support a virtual workforce.
Knowledge of mobile computing and principles of digital communications and data transmission programs for the performance of end-to-end information dissemination.
Knowledge of utilizing smart device hardware such as (iPhone, iPad, Galaxy, & MS Surface), software such as (MaaS360, iOS, Android, Splunk, Solar Winds, Microsoft System Center, and Office365), and advanced mobile networking architecture such as (VPN’s, wireless, and cell technologies).
Ability to develop policies, standard and criteria in investigating and analyzing issues in mobile computing, enterprise architecture and network services
Skill in planning, design, development and integration of network systems that are consistent with existing or planned network infrastructure, and facilitate mission accomplishment.
Knowledge of the methods and systems for maintaining, sharing, protecting and presenting information through the use of information technology in order to develop program plans, policies, and standards.
Knowledge of information systems security methods and procedures in order to incorporate appropriate security measures into Network services activities and operations.
Knowledge of the information technology field in order to keep abreast of new and emerging automation technologies. “Experience” refers to paid and unpaid experience. Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
